- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The Dr are awesome the staff is nice. The issue is i get asked what i need to talk to the dr about with the nurse and it is never addressed when the dr comes in and i have to repeat the same questions over again. The communication is not there. I needed a test done. Got it done and was asked 3 different times the same question. I held my end and the office does not keep up on theirs when it comes to completing the task they stated will get done. After dealing with the difficulty of communication they still charge money to get paper work filled out for your job. They dont understand urgency when it comes to pts having work after an appt. I went in at 3pm and didnt see the dr till 410. Also make sure the places they send u for testing is in ur network. I was sent to a place that didnt take my insurance and didnt find out till after the bill was sent in the mail.October 23, 2017by Heather Martinez
