- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We brought our six month old German Shepherd in for a small emergency with flea dermatitis and they didnt have any appointments, so they let us in as a work-in appointment. They took care of him as if he were set up for an appointment and were very quick and professional. The facility is a converted bowling alley and is very stress-free and loving. We love it here and have found our new vet. The pricing is amazing, so they are obviously not in it for the money. They genuinely care about your pets and you.September 27, 2017by Zorukia S
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪A few months ago I would have highly recommended this vet, after they changed locations though, I noticed changes. Now days I call to bring in a pet and they never have appointments soon. Even if my pet is sick. Also they went from friendly staff to now, instead of the same people being there that you have established a relationship with and who know you and your pet, there are now different people there and they are not friendly or warm, and don't know my pets or me. Also I notice the doc seems more stressed and spends less time with my pets. They also raised the price of some of my medications, knowing how stretched I am financially already. The past few months I have seen high turnover for staff and Dr Sweeny now goes between vets not just there and they have also had other vets as well. I personally do not like the changes happening at this vet because it has affected my pets in a negative way, most disappointing was my last visit with my senior pet. They totally stressed her out and kept her there for over two hours, exactly what I told them over and over I did want to happen. I hope the doc reads this and understand s why I feel like I do, and makes some good changes.June 04, 2017by Foxy For All Gaming
